4.2b patch bugs

I am having two issues since I installed the 4.2b patch

1) News ticker is at the top of page - I have seen a few comments regarding this issue prior to 4.2b....I would like to know if 4.2b was supposed to address this and perhaps I have done something wrong. This doesn't affect playing th egame, however it is a little annoying, particularly since the problem did not exist prior to the patch installation.

2) 5th starter issue - cpu always skips 5th starter when there has been an off-day in the week. Although in real life, some clubs do skip the 5th starter some of the time...it is definitely not all clubs all of the time. This issue seems to come back every few releases/patches of the game. In online league mode, I find it very important to have full control of my rotation, particularly if i have guys with low stamina, I don't mind using 5 starters most of the time. Is this a bug that everyone is experiencing? Will it be fixed?

Any answers would be appreciated...again, I know both issues have been talked about before, but I don't think they have been discussed in any threads since the 12/17 release of the 4.2b patch.

For issue #2, the rotation situation has always been this way in OOTP.

1. I am not sure about this one.

2. This is currently how the game handles this, hopefully more control will be available in v5.
