Expansion's in 1969. But that still gives you 3 full seasons.

Another option is to not expand. See how that strenghtens the talent pool. Might skew the results though.

Assigning rookies instead of drafting them will necessitate us to strictly follow MLB's franchise moves or get somewhat to extremely creative.

The other option would be to assign players to teams then hold a small draft each year for the players who would have gone to the expansion teams. A little boost for the weaker teams.

I am a brand new user of OOTP, lack tech expertise, but am plannibng on a 20th century when the new version comes out. Season a month, HTH world series each month, no expansion, am cancelling WW1, WW2, and Korean wars, 100 months of play. Am retired and 70 years old so must live 9 more year, but expect to. Would appreciate all the experienced members who are interested.
