order id problem
hi there
i have just had windows reinstalled on my computer and when i tried to enter my order id i keep on getting an error 501 message, help please thanks |

501This error means that the Order ID you have entered does not match any of the order records for the product in the eLicense database. Re-check your Order ID, probably you have mis-entered it.
