They offer me a better organization

The biggest line of crap I've ever seen. How is it that a team that lost 100 games is a better organization compared to a team that went to the World Series? I do not understand this at all. I can offer $2 million more than that crap team and the player still chooses to go to the worse team. What's the deal with this? It's happened to me several times and about to lose another player in FA because of it. Had enough...

A random effect added to handicap solo players who often find it too easy to sign the good FAs away from the AI. Unfortunately, unable to be turned off when the handicap isn't wanted/needed, or for online league, where fake handicaps aren't necessary for competitive teams.
