Coaching Bias?

How many on-line leagues out there use coaches, managers and scouts?

For those of you that do not, I am curious as to why?

Thanks

No.
They are not develped enough for online league play in my opinion and there are some loopholes in their use. I do not join any leagues that use them.

By loopholes, are you referring to just the scouts?

I always use scouts that are equal for each team.

Our league does use scouts, and it has actually been the source of several issues recently. We had a vote however, and the owners elected to keep them (other options were to eliminate them, or set them all to average or brilliant).

I was in one league that used scouts for a while. All the teams had to be password protected, so the only way to look through someone else's team was using the website. I found this to be extremely annoying, and never really got a very good feel for the players in the league.

Don't third party editors like the player editor allow players to be viewed with their real ratings (even for password protected leagues)? Wouldn't that make the use of scouts in an online league somewhat pointless?

I'm a solo player, so I'm just throwing these issues out there.
