OOTP 6.0 Wont Load?

Hey guys I'm not a computer genius but I had OOTP working on my new Dell w/ Windox Xp about 1 1/2 months ago and now its not working. So I tried uninstall/reinstall, tried updating Direct X still doesnt work. When I click on the game it gives the timeglass like its loading but the game never loads.......can anyone help me?

In XP: Control Panel>Admin Tools>Services. Make sure LicCtrl is enabled.
