Backyard Baseball League - Fictional League in 16th Season looking for owners

The Backyard Baseball League is a longtime Fictional League currently finishing up its 16th season. We've long had stable ownership, with 16 original owners (of 24 original teams) still playing, and most of the remaining owners having been with the league for several seasons.

However, there are currently 3 available teams, of varying talent levels, in need of new ownership. These teams could obviously be moved and renamed as the new owner sees fit. The franchises are:

1) St. Paul
2) Texas
3) Derry

The league is currently in September, so we're quickly coming upon the offseason. We sim twice a week (each covering 2 in game weeks). It's generally an adult/mature league.
