Have logo, need team name for San Jose team
The 1987 Hybrid League is just about ready for release to the community but the San Jose expansion major league team needs a new nickname first. It has a killer "SJ" logo courtesy of this forum, but it needs a new nickname to go with it.
Your ideas? The San Jose....

from the thread in OOTP6 discussions, I do like San Jose Seals and San Jose Skyhawks.
Bees has always been my personal favorite (and somewhat fits with the city's history).

Nice Seals logo. There's a semi-pro team in San Jose called the Crushers. Most of the guys on that team are big (beer league) players. They hit the snot out of the ball so Crushers is a cool name.

Great Seals logo! The leading candidate nicknames at the moment: Seals, Sea Wolves, Sea Otters, Skyhawks, Hammers, Wolves, Spartans, Crushers.
Thanks a bunch, guys!

Personally I like the San Jose Seals or Surf, they have a nice ring to it. How about: Talons Superbas Gigantes Orcas (or Whales) The killer type who would eat the seals whole. LOL What did you name the Austin team? |

San Jose Sunrays
Wine-making area...rays of the sun is a most important ingredient. Le Grande Orange made some excellent logos for Sunrays. See them here: http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...n+Jose+Sunrays Last edited by Eugene Church; 03-10-2006 at 01:56 AM. |

The testers all liked the San Jose Seals, so that was it.
Download the roster set (link in my .isg) and try the hybrid league out for yourself!
