Interested in OOTP

I am an avid High Heat GM and have been in many leagues. Just downloaded all the OOTP versions and patches and am interested in possibly joining an OOTP league. The only problem is, I don't have a clue what I am doing with the game yet. Are there any tutorials available that will tell me more about how to run a team, rate players, etc? the ABL (link in sig) doesnt require you to have or use the game in any way to be a member in the league, it could help you transition into online leagues
