Looking to join a league in first few years

Preferrably before 2009. I'm very active and looking for another team right now. Real rosters. Can be started in 05 or 06, that doesn't matter. Just would like a modern league that hasn't gone too far yet...

Tell me about Atlanta, I see they are open but can't look at rosters, etc.

They are located in Georgia I believe
