Rookie Leagues and short seasons
as many of you may know, some of the rookie leagues (pioneer league, gulf coast league, etc.) start their season in mid june or july, and these leagues are mostly for recently drafted players to start playing. Will OOTP6 have this as well?

My question is will there be the DSL and VSL in the game and how will/would the game handle the signing of those players since they are not draft elgible
