Older Players

A change I'd like to see. In previous versions you start a league with maybe one or two stars that are maybe 36-40 years old. Then starting even in the middle of the season and for sure the next season they all faithfully decline in ratings very rapidly. To the point of being useless.
I would like to see at least a random factor where some of the older stars retain their high ratings for a few seasons. Like Bonds, Kenny rogers, etc. Because in real life not all decline. And for sure not as fast as they do in the game. Thoughts?

Just out of interest I went through the list of players in MLB in 2005, looking for 37+. I did not look at how much they played. Name and age only

I found 26/626 or 4.15% in the AL and 37/751 or 4.93 in the NL. Compared to my solo league that has two more teams MLB has 63 players 37+ vs 28 in my solo league. Maybe I'll tweak the aging modifiers a bit.
