There will be screenshots posted on noon, Dec. 25th....

But please keep in mind that it's still alpha, for example the logo is missing!

I stayed up all night in order to be able to catch these screenshots and now I will only get a few hours of sleep for Christmas and I am going to keep nodding off and embarrassing myself in front of my family. (not that this is anything different from my regular routine)

So it's only one step removed from Tournament Dreams in the development cycle, cool.

Looks like they're being put up. I found this on OOTP5.com, apparently an early in-game shot:

Even with a full 8 hours sleep, you are still an embarassment. Don't lay your shortcomings on Markus's doorstep.

Sweet. Trey Parker and Matt Stone are graphics designers for .400 studios? I missed the press release.

"Thanks to MLB Licensing, we've been able to include the most detailed stadiums and uniforms ever seen in a PC baseball simulation. Thanks to our new license with the MLBPA, players appear realistically rendered and on accurate rosters. Want to see Jim Thome playing on the Veteran's Stadium carpet? No problem!"

Jason

P.S. It's after noon in Europe!

Edit: You have to admit it looks better than High Heat 2003 did.

i know it's still in alpha but from the screenshots jason posted i really think the graphical interface of OOTP5 is a big improvement over OOTP4. Keep up the good work Markus

Yes, it was hard work to totally redesign the interface and give it a more colorful look! I love this clean, friendly, 3-year-old-on-dope-paints-for-first-time-style.
