Roster Help Needed

I have downloaded and installed 2 roster sets for OOTP 6.5. I downloaded one from http://files.simcentral.net and the other from http://ootpmods.com/dls/pafiledb.php. The first one is Jopes_2005_Roster.zip and the other is Eriq Jaffe's MLB 2005 Full Installer. I would like to export some but not all of the players from Jopes roster set and import them to Eriq Jaffe's roster set. Can this be done and if it can, how would I do this? Would I have to create my own roster set using the two listed above? If I have to create my own roster set, how do I do that?

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Also. does anyone have a player photo of Mark McGwire for OOTP6.5?
