North American Homerun Hitting Baseball League
ok, just the long name fo' the NAHHBL... Just want to announce the wait list has been purged and there's only a couple on it. So I've created a NEW application form which can be found on the home page under the League Directory or by clicking here . Either way, get on the waiting list of one of the best leagues on the net, which is now in it's 8th season of EIS - Excellence in Simming.

It originally was High Heat... back when he used that game. I was a member then... a somewhat controversial one. I think he changed it to Homerun Hitting when the abrupt switch to OOTP4 was made. Still, a very efficiently run league.

The league contriversial? Please get your facts strait before you start blasting my league. The only problem that league ever had (other than an inferior game - which is the ONLY reason we switched) was we found one person running three teams.
And the name of the league is North American Homerun Hitting Baseball League. I had been going through and redoing some history pages and was looking at the old High Heat page and got that in my head and in haste typed in the wrong name. EDIT : Wait, are you trying to say YOU were contriversal? Is this Rickster? Last edited by bigphesta; 12-22-2002 at 10:55 PM. |

As someone who has been in the NAHHBL since the very beginning, back in the old High Heat days, I can say that the NAHHBL has a great and dedicated commish, as well as great and dedicated owners, and other than the incident of one guy owning three teams back in the High Heat days, it has been smooth sailing.

My apologies for not being clear. *I* was the somewhat controversial one. I was not, however, the one running three teams. And, no, not Rickster either.
I didn't like those plebiscites. Regardless, as I said originally, the NAHHBL is a very efficiently run league. So.... join the waiting list.
