Can teams buy players from other leagues? - Page 2

I have a followup question that is similar to the one being discussed here: Will it be possible to set up certain leagues as "amateur" leagues, i.e. something along the line of College baseball. Then the draft would be populated by players in that league. This could have huge fictional implications as well.
