Seahawks 20, Steelers 13.
I'd been planning on rooting for the Steelers today, but Joey Porter just changed my mind.

Maybe it is because im such a homer but I like when Joey starts trash talking. Gets me fired up to watch the game. Not saying he is correct in the things he says but still like it.
Do you guys like when a player from your favorite team talks or would you just rather have them keep their mouth shut and play the game? |

Great article for numbers folks. Football numbers and trends have come a long way... I salute that aspect of the game and those that REALLY understand the game. Football Outsiders are some of those people. Good stuff here...

Steelers 17 I have nothing to base this opinion on but the fact that I am making a guess. It could turn out the other way around, for all I know. |

The only reason I can think is because Porter has a history of spouting off at the mouth, and so he's easily perceived as a "bad guy" or "trouble maker". But look at the quotes. Stevens was the one who drew first blood and called out Porter claiming he'd have a tough time against Walter Jones. So what's so wrong with Porter defending himself? Sorry, I just don't understand your point of view here.

Good call using Tom Brady for a coin flip. Remember that kid last year? Kid choked on it. Poor planning on somebody's part.
