West Coast Baseball League has openings(fictional)

The West Coast Baseball League is just finishing up its fourth season and currently has openings for the following team:

Bismarck Blood & Iron
Missoula Smokejumpers - position filled
St. Louis River Bandits - position filled
Spring Valley Rattlers - position filled

The league is based around the 1994 Major League Baseball strike, where the MLBPA decided to strike on August 1st, 1994 with lack of any contact between them along with commissioner Bud Selig and the 28 MLB owners. Still without any communication between the two power holds of baseball, Bud Selig decided that there will never be another MLB game played again. From then on, the game of baseball splits into regional leagues. Four leagues form, the Northern League, Mid-West Baseball Federation, Mid Atlantic Baseball Association and the West Coast Baseball League.

If you are interested, please send an email to: jaycommish@wcblbaseball.net

We are always looking for fresh ideas for our league so bring those with you if you like.

Thanks for your time,
-j

Bismarck won the first ever President's Cup and St.Louis has won 2 of the last 3 President Cups- and they are in the same division! So you and your best mate or your brother or sister or girlfriend or wife or whomever could walk into a naturally born rivalry.

Missoula is ready to take a tumble if only for the simple reason that they are in my teams division and the Hi-Breds are ready to rise back to the top.

We're planning on moving to the off-season Monday so it's a perfect time to join.

Great League---You won't be sorry!

This really is a great league.

I was a true newbie to both the game and the league. I found the transistion to be very easy. It's just very well run and if you were ever thinking of trying the game in an on-line leauge, try this one, you won't be sorry.

Anyone looking for a great fictional league with a little histroy this is your league. The league has been through its ups and downs in the last year but things are turning around. We have a solid core of owners and need a few more to get the ball rolling again. Stop by and see if this league is a good fit for you.

Thanks.

Just thought I'd make mention that the offseason is being pushed back in hopes of filling the last two available teams before we roll into 1999. Sixteen team highly competitive league. Don't delay- join today!

Good league that I have been lucky enough to be a part of for the last three seasons that introduced me to the world of playing OOTP online. So, something for the veteran to jump straight into or the novice who has been hesitant to try and everyone in between.

Well run fictional league.. I only joined towards the middle of the last season, but have enjoyed it so far.

Anyone who enjoys fictional will certainly enjoy it as well!
