Problem setting up Historical League

I am trying to set up a new league with the Lahman Database. Everytime I try to create a new league (say 1968) it starts to set up the league, imports a few players and then I get a fatal error and shut down.......whats up?

What version of the database are you using? You need to use the generic (.csv) version of the database.

What version of the game are you running? You'll want to make sure you are running the latest version of the game (if you have OOTP4 its version 4.2b)

You also need to make sure that you have specified the correct version (you are probably using 4.5, but if you are using 4.0 or 3.x then you need to specify that)?

Have you been following the steps outlined in this tutorial?
