Editing Owner Mood, Owner Type and/or Team Chemistry

Hello,

Is it possible to edit owner mood and type in OOTP 5? Also is it possible to edit team chemistry?

Here is my situation: In 1996 I signed a 4-year, $4,477,500 contract to be manager of the Marlins. The Marlins owner type is not patient, good, etc. but rather "Allstar (Hard)". That didn't bother me, though, because the owner's expectation was that I play .500 ball in 1996. This was a tough task given the team's financials, but not impossible. At any rate I was able to turn around the team, which finished with 100 or more losses each of it's previous seasons, and the Marlins finished 1996 with an 84-78 record.

Now, given all of this, I thought that the owner would be praising me. But this has not been the case. Every time I reload my league that was backed up during the 1996 playoffs and click proceed to next season, the owner fires me. I suspect this has to do with the fact that for some reason the owner's mood remained below ten the whole season (usually around 4 or 5) and team chemistry was 0 the whole season.

Is there any way to prevent this? I suspect I have to edit owner type, owner mood and team chemistry but I do not know how to do this or if it is even possible. Any help would be appreciated. As my screen name indicates, I would like to remain the manager of the Marlins in my historical league. I managed a string of teams on one-year contracts just to become the manager of the Marlins and it is very frustrating to finally get that job on a long-term contract and then get fired after meeting the owner's expectations.

I think if you get the MM toggle utility and turn of MM when you proceed to next season you may be able to turn it back on and stay as the manager. If that doesn't work you can always just retire as that manager and then resign with them as a different manager or turn of MM altogether and just keep playing as the Marlins.
