It should have come almost instantly. I would call your CC company to confirm the charge. If it is there contact E-licence to get your receipt. If not it probably didn't go through and you should re-do the order.

Edit; oops check that your E-mail program didn't call it spam. It happens.

Same thing with me. Nothing. Its only be about 10-15 minutes though. I'll give it until tonight, after that i'll contact viatech or whomever needs to be contacted.

Don't think so, the email is supposed to go to my school account. It usually labels spam, not block it. Besides i've recieved all the newsletters.

The email is sent by elicense.com, not OOTP, though.

True, i'll send them an email later tonight. The discount won't determine whether or not i'd buy the game, but 7 dollars is 7 dollars.

Make sure you saved your order ID though. It helps immensely.

I think they must be having some confirmation issues lately, though. I never got one for the last copy I ordered either.

I pre-ordered mine on Friday as well - no confirmation. Haven't checked the credit card yet. Saved the order number/id thingy tho so hopefully it won't be a problem.

I'm assuming Marc Duffy or Markus or someone from SI would post a big message if there's some problem where not receiving confirmation=won't receive download code.

Never got an email, but did just print the receipt page with the license number on it, I assume that's just as good?
