GM looking for league

I'm looking to join a 3rd league and am looking for suggestions for leagues that might be able meet my needs:

--I strongly prefer to find a league that has the Cubs open.

--I travel for work. A lot. As a result, I don't spend much time on message boards or IM, so email is really the best way to reach me. If the league only does roll calls and the like through the message board, I probably won't see it.

--I would like to find a young league (first couple of years), so that I can grow the franchise.

The FFL could probally work with you on your schedule. The Cubs aren't one of our open teams, though, so if that's a dealbreaker...
