Interested in taking over an expansion team?

The Writers-Bloc will be expanding in the coming months. We're in 1992 of our timeline, and will need owners for expansion teams that will begin play in 1995. I'd like people lined up before 1994 starts, so we can hash out the draft rules, etc.
