0+ Characters in Email Messages

Not really a major problem or anything, but something I've noticed just sinced downloading the recent patch. Has anybody had the characters 0+ show up in their email messages? In all my leagues in every email message now, a few lines below the name of the person who sent it, the characters 0+ appear. Just wondering if anybody else has had this problem, and if so, any ideas on why it's occurring and/or any way to get rid of it.

Was the game "open" when you applied the patch? I have never seen this problem personally but that may cause it. Not sure.

The game was not open when I applied the patch. The ironic thing is, I first noticed it a couple weeks ago and sometimes it would be there and sometimes it wouldn't. I used to be able to just reboot and it would take care of the problem, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. I've tried to upload a screen shot so you can see what I'm talking about... FWIW, my system specs are Win XP, 1.6ghz, 512MB RAM, 25-30GB free...

Does it cause any problems, or just look odd?

I've noticed two things that may or may not be related, but seemed to appear at about the same time I started notificing those characters. First, I have all email notifications turned on, but sometimes I am not notified of new emails. I'll get a notification and find that I have 2 other emails sitting in my box that are a week old or so. Secondly, the game will run much slower on a sporadic basis and force me to reboot. I have no idea if any of those problems relate to the above or just a coincidence.

I have looked at the .txt files for messages to see what those looked like and nothing looks abnormal in those files. The text of those files contains the regular email message texts - no sign of the 0+ characters in those files.
