Unusual No-Hitter

Wow, even wilder than AJ Burnett's 129-pitch (65 strikes, 64 balls) 9-walk, 7-K, no-no against San Diego a few years back.

When I jump from simming into the occasion game where the pitcher has a no-hitter into the 9th, if he is tired he seemingly hardly ever got the first guy out, much less completing the game. I wonder how long that guy scraped by while out of gas?

At least you didn't lose the game. I know that there have been no-hit losses with that many walks.

Also worth noting is that the opposing team (Pittsburgh) had just 26 ABs in the game.
