Around The Horn - Winter Meeting is coming and teams are looking for GMs

Around the Horn was created soon after the release of OOTP 5. We are almost at the end of our 11th season. We currently are using OOTP 6.5a!

We try to add as many of the extras as possible, BOSI, Catobase, as well as having the GM's vote for things such as All-Star teams, All-Star venues, and all of the end of season awards with the exception of the Rolaids Relief award.

We use Corranto as a way for GM's to post their own team or league news articles if they wish. There generally is atleast one or two new articles written each sim.

Whether you are a GM who is looking for good OOTP competition, solid writing, developing history, or most importantly...a GM who is looking for solid, stable league that you can count on to be around...to be fair...and who always listens to new ideas and ways to make the league even that much better...the Around the Horn league is for you.

We currently have the Kansas City Royals, Toronto Blue Jays and Los Angeles Dodgers open. All represent a challenge in its own: KC has never had a winning season in 11 years of the league, but has promising talent. Toronto has been knocking on the door for a couple of years, but seems to need some marginal rebuilding as they still have brilliant pieces. LA is a middle of the road team that is in the middle of rebuilding, and will have a high pick in next years draft.

Kansas City has been filled.

The Florida Marlins are now availble due to the GM having to step down due to finishing school and starting a new job.

So if you are interested in either the Flordai Marlins or the Toronto Blue Jays just let us know at ath@elbb.com
