Looking for a league (like all the other rooks)

Ok, I admit. I am one of those annoying newbies who post new threads begging to be placed into a league instead of signing up themselves. But after browsing for a week or two and coming up a little late every time, i decided that it was my last option. I have played OOTP4 for a reasonable amount of time, and feel that I am adequate at the strategy within the game. Anyone to take me in, however, should be prepared to help me learn how to "submit my rosters" and such. But hey, there's a first time for everything, right? I am willing to go into basically any league, as long as they have nonfictional players that are relatively modern (Post 60s?), but beggers cant be choosers! If you have an open spot, or are thinking of starting a league, remember about me, the poor helpless rookie.
