Looking for no star/talent only league

I have been playing OOTP for over 5 years now and feel I am ready to take my play to the next level. I am looking to join a league which keeps the stars turned off (have played in one like this before) and also only uses talent ratings (no ability ratings). The NABF is a talent only league but we use stars. If you don't find what you're looking for I'm sure we could find an asst. GM position for you until a team opens up completely.

Pretty sure the MOBBL still is no star/talent only. Not sure after it was reformed. Check here.
