I'd probably agree with all of these besides Houston and if we are talking about right now, I would add Philadelphia, Cleveland, and arguably both Minnesota and Tampa Bay.

I was thinking I would replace Miami with Cleveland, but I like Dilfer.

So, it looks like he could actually start for half of the NFL this past weekend, IMO.

It is actually 176 PA and 69.8 rating after yesterday.

But that isn't important.

Oh and Jon Kitna would like to have his name in the hat too as best back-up. Maybe throw in Patrick Ramsey but I will give you Garrard over Ramsey right now.

Actually, if you just take the four games in his career that he has started...his passer rating jumps to 82.28.

Bradlee Van Pelt? I am sorry, Phillip Rivers is a major talent who just hasn't had a chance yet. A lot of people think he could be better than Rothensburger and Eli Manning. I think he may be a notch below those two. But still in a trade I will give you Garrard if you are giving me Rivers.

I don't know if they will win out or not but the priority should remain winning the Superbowl. If Dungy thinks some rest for the starters will help, I think that's what he should do.

I don't know if he is any good or not because we haven't seen him against 1st team NFL talent.
