Experienced Commish Wanted

Another OOTPer and I have been discussing our individual desires to return to the world of Commishing, however, the time constraints that forbid us from doing our respective past leagues still largely exist - limiting our availability and capability to do things the way we'd like.

So we brainstormed and have come up with a somewhat unique proposal for a third party who may be interested in facilitating this new league.

The league hierarchy would consist of three people; the simming "commish" and two player agents. We're looking for that simming commish.
The three of us would make all league decisions by a majority vote.
The player agents responsibilities would be to handle all player contracts by personally negotiating on the behalf of various players we each represent. We would also handle the ballots for the All Star Game and those sort of things.
The "commish" would be responsible for running the sim and uploading the files to the website. In some cases, the player agents could fill in with running the sim and such here and there as needed.

We are seeking someone who has served as an OOTP commish in the past (or present) to help facilitate this. It's an equal partnership split three ways.
We will consider rookie commishes but prefer someone who has run a league before.
