Its great to see the NML rise from the ashes, I was very tempted to take a team but decided to wait until the next version of OOTP to get back into it. I hope that everything goes well, the NML had about 15 or more seasons and was very competitive and very enjoyable. It also had a very good group of owners, you are very lucky if you have gotten a number of them.
