OOTP6-Crash after OOTP5 league imported

Hi,

I recently imported my OOTP5 league and converted it into OOTP6. Everything went well at first. We went through amateur Draft, Rule 5 Draft, etc. But when it comes to the first Sim of the season, at the 2nd game, OOTP6 crashes.

I have a Toshiba Centrino Tecra something, 1,5 GHz... Basically, I have a computer that has all That I need to run OOTP... (512 MB RAM, 15 gig HD left)

I have run 3 full seasons with OOTP5 without a problem. Now that I converted to OOTP6, it crashes everytime I try to sim my first week. I noticed that it crashes when I receive the notice about teams receiving emails or messages on their team pages. I tried to make a backup, uninstall, etc. Problem is still there. Though, when I sim the default 2004 league that comes with OOTP6, I don't see that problem.

If someone can help me or know about this problem, please help me.

If it keeps going like this, I'm considering going back to OOTP5...

Is it possible to convert from OOTP6 to OOTP5?

No.

It must be your file. Have you tried importing again? I haven't imported something from 5 in a while so I forget the prompts it asks you. Try picking a different option.

well I was trying to avoid importing the OOTP5 league again cause there have been many trades going on in my league and it would be a whole lot of trouble restarting from the end of last season....
