Yeah, my recollection of both calls was a little fuzzy, too... so I busted out my tape of the game and looked at both plays before I posted so I had them fresh in my mind.

remember - ballots are due tomorrow, and you can participate at any time. Just because you may have missed one (or all) doesn't mean you can't send one in this week (or any week).

You people are crazy (just like the official voters)
Notre Dame has beaten ZERO good teams! And lost to a horrible Michigan State team at HOME!!! Pitt - now 4-5 - preseason ranking of 23 was a joke Michigan - 3 losses already and hopefully another one to come in 10 days - again preseason ranking of 3 was a joke Washington - 1-8 nuff said Purdue - 3-6 preseason ranking of 22 a joke BYU 5-4 Tennessee 3-5 They played USC tough but lost. You get style points for sexy losses now? Sorry for the rant but I don't think people actually LOOK at this stuff when they vote. ND is on NBC every week and people see that and say hmmm they must be good to be on every week. If Michigan loses to OSU, ND will have played ONE ranked end of year opponent and lost to that team. As it stands now, they've played one top 20 opponent and lost. Stop drinking the Blue and Green koolaid people!!! </rant> |

having the best quarterback is nice but has never meant anything in the polls (ask Utah or Cal or Ole Miss or NC State or Miami of Ohio, etc, etc, etc) |
