LBA's Laserus Destroyers needs a GM.

The Laseron Baseball Assoiciation has two leagues of two divisions each with five teams, for a total of 20 teams. It is set in the fictional world of Laseron.

- The league has been in existence since June, 2002.
- We have just completed our 17th season.
- We are using v6.5a.
- Our entire history is stored on Catobase.
- We sim one week on Mondays and Wednesdays. And we sim two weeks on Saturday.
- The top two teams in each division makes the playoffs.
- There is an $85 million salary cap and a $15 million team cash maximum.
- We hold a Rule V draft.
- There is no minor league free agency.

The Laserus Destroyers finished in last place last season with a 68-86 record. However, they are in good position financially. Their current payroll is $58,803,572. And they have several talented veterans on the team, like SP Jimmy Longfellow, OF Sol Topical and 3B Nelson Resendiz. They should garner interest in trades for prospects should you decide to rebuild. Or the payroll allows for picking up free agents if you want to make a run for the playoffs.

The league is currently in the offseason. We have not started the free agency period, yet. So this is an ideal time to join. We have started our amatuer draft. (The draft is actually held in June, but we hold it in the offseason so we don't have to stop midseason.) Laserus has drafted in the first round. They had the number three pick. With it, they selected SP Julian "Fate" Stanley. He is considered to be the best pitching prospect in this year's draft.

We have several active owners who help make the website look good and write articles. And you'd be encouraged to add whatever you can. But the only activity that is required is that you try to make the team a winner and you answer email involving trades. After that, the amount of participation is up to you. This is a great league everyone...always competitive and entertaining! I have been a mainstay at Mastport for sometime now and do not see the chance of me leaving anytime soon.
