HBL Baseball has 1 opening

The HBL is entering our 17th season. We've been around since OOTP3 and going strong ever since.

We have one opening, the Baltimore Orioles (http://www.hblbaseball.com/gamepages/team1.html). We don't have openings too often, in fact we still have a lot of our original owners from 4 years ago.

The good and the bad:

Good
Orioles won the World Series just 2 years ago
They have a low payroll

Bad
They had the worst record in the majors last year (but also have the #1 pick in the draft)
