Continue League Crash

I've installed 6.5 on a Pentium II 233 with 64 Megs of RAM (I post these because I'm wondering if this is the problem) but I can't get the game to load correctly.

After starting the game, it locks up on the opening screen as the opening league bar reaches full. I have let it sit for 5-10 minutes or so, but to no avail.

Any help would be appreaciated.

Not 100% certain but my gut feeling is that the system may not have the power to run the game.
