Here's the scenario-
I want to start these three Outfielders: CF Jim Edmonds RF Juan Gonzalez RF Jeromy Burnitz Gonzo and Burnitz both play RF only. If I put one in left, how much would that hurt me? And would I be better off playing Gonzo(a better RF) in LF, because he'd make up for the unknown position better(since he plays right better), or would I be better off keeping a GOOD glove in RF, and sticking Burnitz in LF? Thanks

what would you rather have is the real question
Gonzo playing LF not so great (b/c its a learned position) and Burnitz playing RF not so great...OR Burnitz not playing LF so great but Gonzo playing great RF? know wat i mean? [ 06-10-2002, 11:45 PM: Message edited by: YankeePride ] |

Yeah.
But you brought up a good point. Since it is the corner OF positions, I'm sure Burny could learn it pretty easily(month or two?).

I'd put the one with the stronger arm in right.
