Editing Career Stats

For my Into the Past league project, I need to find a way to remove career stats (or find a way to get them to not import in the first place from the Ankit Career Avg. DB).

The perfect solution would be an easy way to erase career stats for all rookies.

Any suggestions?

One way to accomplish this would be to erase all of the stats in the DB prior to the year that your starting. For example, if you were to start a season in 1940, then you would simply open up the batting.csv, pitching.csv, and fielding.csv files, sort by year, then highlight and delete everything from 1939 on back.
