Too few homeruns

I'm playing a legue in ootp 6.5 and the league leader hardly ever has even 40. My league totals are the mlb totals from 2004, but the HR numbers for the league never get close to that. Any Advice?

Lower the HR amount in the league totals by whatever percentage you wish to increase it by.

For example, if current setting is 1,000, lower it to 900 to increase homers by 10%.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

That is correct.

However, also check to see what the highest power rating is for your players.
