The USBA Started with $95 million but as Delgadodawg pointed out, we are lowering it. The league vote was pretty split between $88 mill, $85 mill, and several owners who wanted no cap.

The CDL is set at $70 million. Though to be honest, the salary cap number is meaningless without knowing what other financial rules are in place around it. Rules on resigning free agents and if there are any restrictions on contracts for offseason free agents are important to understanding the salary cap.
