Real Players - Initial Draft

It's been a while since I played OOTP6. I want to create a league with Real Players (from say 1960) and then I want to do an Initial Draft. I remember in OOTPv5 there was a Reset League button that would do this -- but I can't seem to find in in OOTP6.

I started the league as Historical League as that seems to be the only way to import real players...

Please help.

Create Historical League, import year is 1960, then on the League Settings Screen, click Reset, Release All Players, Fantasy Draft
