Carney Lansford Challenge looking for owners...

Hello all,

The Carney Lansford Challenge is an OOTP 6 league based on 2005 opening day rosters. We are currently in our second season of simulated play, and are currently looking for owners for the following teams:

SF
HOU
DET

The league features an active and dedicated admin staff, utilizes the BOSI system for those interested in more closely watching their teams, and sims 10 game-days every Monday/Wednesday/Friday.

I am interested...

Im very knowlegeable about baseball and the players and how to run a team
Ive done 2 OOTP leagues before without having the game and now i have ootp6 so im ready to play.

Id take any team of those 4 teams but would prefer san fran.

PS: im going to the beach until tuesday but after that i can be committed for a long long time

We've gotten a couple replies from interested people...please feel free to contact me via PM here, or via the contact information on our league's website. Again, I am the Brewers GM there and email or AIM will work just fine.

Can you tell me which ver of OOTP are you using? 6.12 or 6.5a?

Also, what talent/ratings are you using? The rules state all will be 1 - 10, but looking at the players this isn't the case.

We use OOTP 6.12

Ratings scale is...

1-20 Ratings
1-10 Talents
1-100 Other (Speed, Stealing Ability, Arm, Range, etc.)

CLC is an excellent real roster league that sims on time and has a nice array of OOTP vets and newbies. A great league for those that like using the BOSI system, to watch their team development. Check out CLC if you are looking to add a real roster league into your repertoire.
