trading draft picks for non-online leagues

We should be able to trade draft picks. I don't think it should only apply to online leagues. The computer will need to know how to value each round for each pick, when and before trading.

what i'd love to see the game do is make the draft more realistic by increasing the rounds, adding compensation draft picks, and also making it possible for some players drafted to not sign with their team
