If I have a league with my friend is it possible to email him the league file and then he can make his adjustments and email it back to me? thank you

Yes.... Or you could just send him the file. He can make his adjustments and then go to the Export Team Dialogue on his Team Setup Screen.

Then he would only have to email you the .exp file (much smaller than the league file) and you would take that file, put in the leagues ExpImp directory, Open OOTP/STB and go to your friends team Setup Screen. Click Import team and your friends changes will all import.

thank you...one more question, is it possible for him to play his games through hat process so that when he sends it back to me his games are done and i can do likewise?

Yes, that's how it works.

Well the key will be that he sends it to you after every game he plays and doesn't sim the rest of the league or else you will miss out on playing your own games.
