4.2 Update and News Ticker

Whenever I move the OOTP window to another part of the screen, the News Ticker stays where it was before I moved the window and it's in the new place. This never happened to me prior to the 4.2 update. Nothing has changed other than updating my game to 4.2.

Is anyone else seeing this problem?

Steve, will this be looked at?

look at the thread titled "4.2 bug." this issue has been dealt with in several threads.
