Halofan roster set is updated.....again lol

Ok all, its up and ready. Sorry for the delay but we are in the midst of moving...again, and things are insane around here right now.

I am going to probably release my roster with correct minors (including their jersey numbers) about 2 weeks ahead of time. I normall do it after the trade deadline, however, it looks like i will be moving it up to around the middle of july....i will post when it is up and ready

As for the set, the drafted players that have signed are in (i promise you that they are in). I have adjusted some players ratings to reflect players that have been consistent, Keep in mind that these ARE NOT done off my oppinion and done based off of stats. Stats dont lie guys, sorry and it seems to be the most fair way to do a roster set as if it was based on my oppinion, some players will be rated worse and some will be rated better and ive been doing this long enough and have enough history and knowledge in baseball and contacts that i dont need to verify why i rated a player this way or that way, so i avoid that all together. Dont get me wrong, im more than willing to hear comments and suggestions, but dont get pissed off if i disagree or dont like the idea......some of you out there have pointed out errors that have caused me to go back and change them and in some cases, ask myself "what in the world were you thinking when you made him."

make sure you are registered on my site in order to get the downloads AND if you get it from ANY other site (except for maybe the OOTP download center), i am not promising that you are getting "my set" as someone could have tinkered with it or redone a bunch of things to it
