OOTP webspace problem?

My owners are having problems getting the CUBL league file off the OOTP server.

Guys that DLed it this morning.. it works fine.

Guys that DLed it this evening... the DL cuts out.. or it gives them an old file.... not exactly sure which one... cause it works fine for me.

I uploaded the file to my own space.. and it works fine for all the owners.

Just thought I would let someone know...

P.S. This is not just a CUBL problem.. the owners are now telling me that other leagues they are in are having the same problem.

Same thing has happened frequently in the CDL and it can be as frustrating for the commish as for the GM's. I have no idea what causes this, but It may be an ISP cache issue at your own ISP too, that is what seems to happen in the CDL anyway. I think that giving a unique file name for each new league file might avoid this cache issue. An example would be "CUBL_sim03.zip" for sim #3 etc.. That means a little extra work for the commish (have to change the file links) but I bet it would solve the issue.
