Minor Fixes?

As mentioned before, one minor fix is when there's a foul ball error, the error doesn't show up on the scoreboard for some reason.

Also, left-on-base in the boxscore appears calculated correctly on a player-by-player line item, but not for the entire team (at the bottom, it just sums the player's LOB which adds duplicates).

Maybe it falls under the "Fixed some minor bugs" heading.

Wish Markus would just look at the problem I describe in the above thread. Has to do with just "remembering" the location of my Lahman-database so that I don't have to enter that info before every draft of historical players.

I put it in feedback but it was moved to OOTP7 requests..

Just having a variable remembering a path to a file doesn't feel like that big of a deal, but I might be wrong .

Just a line to say that D3D stopped working for me. WinXPSP2, NVidia 6800, 71.89 Forceware. The half-transparencies don't show, and the menu fonts are completely transparent until highlighted, then they remain visible.

Well, honestly, I didn't devote the 5 hours it took to copy my league over to my new computer until 6.5 came out. For all I know, it didn't work with 6.12 ...

Does anyone else hate when Markus says "Fixed some minor bugs" instead of actually listing what the minor bugs were?

I've always assumed the majority of those "bugs" were of the "changed the spelling of 'their' to 'there' in news story 17.4b" variety ... though most "suprises" have fallen under this catagory, and those have almost alawys been great.

That caused a problem in Catobase.. one that Markus can not fix.

He fixed the issues that cropped up on the leaderboard when the player retired a second time. He also made this an option, so that the user doesn't have to allow players to return if they so choose.

Further discussion of what is and isn't fixed with regards to this issue can be found here:

http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...6&page=3&pp=20

The issue with the Catobase ID will have to be resolved by the user. (If you go into the database tables and manually change the second IDs to correspond with the original occurrance of the player it can be fixed)

Unfortunately Markus can not (and should not) provide technical support to utilities that he did not create.

I don't think that's the case, the number of the IPs of the pitchers looks fine to me...
