OOTP6.5 league looking for couple of owners

We are a small league and have been running for 8 years now. It is a completely fictional league with 12 teams. There are 2 divisions and each division has 6 teams. We currently have a couple of computer teams and we are looking to get all human owners into the league.

Currently Kansas City, Seattle, and Texas are the three teams which are available in our league.
