Still no Romero, I tried redownloading the roster and everything, several times.
Am I doing it wrong?
-go to simleague centrel
-go to download section
-go to OOTP add ons
-go to roster sets
-go to Halofan's rosters (updated june 19th)
-open it and unzip it to unzipped folder
-copy league file, move it to OOTP 6.5 folder
-open game
-is that how it is done?

Because if so, there is no Romero in the file I have. I've looked through each player in the Jays system, as well as looked at the list of every player in the game, and he doesnt show up when you use the search for player by name function, the only two Romero's are Twins, (JC the reliever, and one an OF)

So I must be doing it wrong, or the file isn't updated? ( I'm inclined to go with the first possibility)

Im seeing broadway as a SP in Winston Salem

as for Romero i have him in between Rosario and McGowan in AA (CPU put him in AA, not me lol)......when extracting, try deleting the entire halofanupdate folder and re-extract it as if you just got the set and it would be the first time using it, cause there may be a chance that the file you extracted didnt overwrite the old one, if that made ANY sense what so ever haha

I'll try it again, maybe one of these times it will work! Thanks for your help though!

I just checked the newest Halofan roster set and put it in the 6.5 folder so there is no worries about it not overwriting previous Halofans. I also renamed it and I cannot find any Romero's on Toronto. I saw the two on the Twins, one on Oakland and one on Houston.

this is strange cause i have him on there, as well as broadway on the Sox and i also have a bunch of picks that the Mets signed as well, but someone mentioned they couldnt find them either....well a new set goes up tomorrow so maybe it will be fixed then

is the yankees 1st round pick C.J. Henry, their first-round draft pick whom they signed today in the latest roster set?

Thank you for all your hard work...makes those of us who dont have the time to make a roster set really enjoy this game!

Great Roster set as usual but that same problem with a few players not accumulating stats for the 2005 season still exists.

Open the league file and go to Cleveland's roster and click on either Bob Wickman or Juan Gonzalez and you will see no entry for 2005. Most players will have something like this:

Year Stats Team
2004 Last Season Stats CLE
2005 Current Season CLE
CAREER TOTALS
But when you look at those 2 for example you will see:

YEAR STATS TEAM
2004 Last Season Stats CLE

CAREER TOTALS

I have found the only way to correct this is to import them in from Lahman's and then edit their ratings. Not a big deal but can get annoying.

if the draft picks were not signed officially by the 18th (i think) then they are not in this set, when i put the new one up tonight, any and all picks signed by the time i am ready to put it up will be on the file...

as for Wickman and Gonzalez, i didnt fix their stats and the players with missing stats will probably not be on the file until after the trade deadline because it takes the most time to hand enter all of these stats for each player

Will it include Danny Graves on the Mets,Gabe Johnson and Brad Cresse Catchers on the Cardinals,A.Nunez is on the Cardinals 40 man roster,Mark Quinn dosen't play for Memphis this year and other missing players and pitchers that belong on the Cardinals/other Farm Teams!

I could give you the list of the Cardinals Minor League Rosters as of today if you want it or better yet here its the links to the websites http://www.memphisredbirds.com/Players and Coaches,http://www.springfieldcardinals.com/players and staff,http://www.mlb.com and then go to the Cardinals and then look for Palm Beach Cardinals and then you will see on the left a link to roster and go their! I try and post it here and it gives me an error and dosen't send the reply

Dirgard the first 2 links in the last post because they don't work and these do http://www.memphisredbirds.com/Clubh...tercoaches.asp and http://springfieldcardinals.com/team/roster/
How about Pete Rose,Michael Jordan,Danny Ainge,Kevin Johnson,Tony Gwynn,Jeff Brantley,Eric Karros and anybody else not in the baseball Hall of Fame yet on the free-agent market and also move all the 2005 Draft Picks to the free-agent market so teh Single-A roster can be as of today and minor league players and pitchers who not in the game yet because the game doesn't include they leagues yet to free-agent market also
Can you make D.Willis be able to play every postion!
I hope Jerry Nannon and Vern Ruhle have their new Coaching Postions in the update!

good god, you really like the smallest things to be perfect don't you? If you take a look around, alot of the teams dont have full minors, in fact I dont think any of them do! So why not just create those players yourself, or edit those small details to your liking? Just a thought...

I would but I can't edit in the Editor meaning moving players/pitchers from one team to another or ceating/importing them! Creating all those people for the free agent market was an idea just anybody that's not in the baesball Hall of Fame can be put on the free agent market then!

the full minors set is never done until the middle of the season as it is much easier to get the rosters correct because there are so many roster movesthe first few months in the minors....i have always done it this way

as for the Cardinals, i dont need any help with them as i know an executive, 2 minor league managers and 2 scouts total for them as well as just about every minor leaguer in their system

Is your new roster set going to be on OOTPDownloadCenter anytime soon?

Wasn't there supposed to be an update a couple days ago? Oh well, I'm sure Halofan will get it up when he has the time!
